We are a web based business and have no live phone operators.
We are closed Saturday & Sunday and all holidays. All products ship ground only USPS or UPS at our discretion. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We do not use any other shipping service unless our supplier drop ships a bulk order using another method. Orders typically take 3-7 business days from the time you order unless otherwise noted. Tracking info will be provided. Orders that take in excess of a week please send us an email. 



IF YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT A PLACED ORDER check your spam folder. When an order is placed you will get a confirmation and when it ships you will receive tracking info. If you do not get a confirmation you likely did not click to submit at the very end of the ordering process. For shipping inquiries PLEASE use the contact form on this page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We do not ship Internationally at this time. We suggest you use a ship forwarding company in the U.S.

If Special pricing is offered on particular items it will be available on the website by using the drop down menu buy button for that item. We do not offer "free" samples. If you want to try an item, order one and if you return to make a bulk purchase we will credit you the difference.

All orders placed receive an e-mail with a tracking # so be sure to check your e-mails if your looking for a tracking # prior to e-mailing us. Check your spam folders.
Once an order ships you should automatically receive updated information including tracking, be sure to provide a working email address and check spam folders.

Upon check out be sure your address is up to date to avoid re-ship fees. Please include Suite, Room # Building Etc. We only ship Ground. We do not offer any expedited shipping with the exception of priority mail which is a 2-3 day service. Please leave a note with your order if you have a date you need items by. We cannot guarantee delivery dates however if you need something by a certain date please check with us. Although we really would appreciate your business, you might be better off shopping elsewhere if you are on a very tight time schedule. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

You do not need a Paypal account to order.  Simply choose pay with credit card. Be sure your info matches your billing information to avoid any declines. Also be sure you complete your order by submitting as the very last step.
Please be sure if you do use a Paypal account that your address information is up to date to avoid any reshipping fees.
If shipping to a business or apartment you must include any suite or apt # information to avoid reship fees or UPS address correction charges.

We Do not ship internationally (Outside of the U.S. 50 states)

Bulk or Quantity discount pricing if available will be listed on the product page if there are quantity discounts available. Orders over $150 get free shipping. Our kits are priced economically.

We do not take purchase order or orders over the phone/offline. Orders must be placed online.

Paypal account is not needed to order. Most credit cards accepted.  Be sure to  enter the correct billing info when prompted.

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping Most Orders take 3-7 days to arrive.

Hand washing training products such as Glogerm per instructions are for use with soap and water.

We are a distributor of the products we offer. Not the manufacturer. If you are looking to purchase from another store or vendor you would need to contact the manufacturer for more information. We currently sell on Amazon, eBay and our website only.

All lights we offer are more than adequate enough to illuminate glogerm. If not the issue is with room lighting. Take the product into a darkened room OR as many of our teachers and customers suggest make your own viewer box from any large cardboard box.
